Urvina Shah

Having worked in the NHS for 27 years as a Therapeutic radiographer and as Clinical Practice educator, a role that Urvina loved, until the last few years, a restructure in her organisation caused her role to come to a sudden end.

Many questions arose in her about what to do next, where to go next, who would employ her at her age and were her skills good enough.

One thing was certain…she knew she could mentor and coach, having done this for 15 years and also knew she did not want to work in the NHS anymore.

This led her to embark on a new career at the age of 50!

She is also a mother of 3, one of whom has special needs and loves playing badminton which Anjali taught her.
