Many Real Estate experts projected that the mortgage interest rates would increase sometime in 2022.  This increase would inherently cause a shift in the real estate market.  Last month, the interest rates did increase sooner than expected to the 5% range, a point higher than projected.  Now that the market SHIFT is here what should buyers and sellers expect?  How does this affect the real estate market in San Diego?  What is the best way to manuever during this shift?
